I’m not saying I subscribe to the concept where only one side or the other can “come out on top” (sorry, I couldn’t resist that).

What I AM saying is that as a man (white, straight, middle-aged, married, not involved in any scandal) at this particular point in history? I would rather be considered fully asexual (sans all genitals) with zero connections to anything even remotely sexual.

At this point, a smile at a pretty girl or a compliment on someone’s dress with the wrong eyebrow raised or with a small voice inflection that could be misconstrued could end up getting me on Oprah.
