If we’re talking about an audio file? Sure, bin patch, and you’re good. In some cases, the bin might actually be bigger than the original file :)
What isn’t covered? Synchronization rights. Music lockers do not offer any license nor do they likely have the ability to offer a license extended to synchronization rights.
