At some point I’ll share what I am doing. I’m a near 50 year old male — but I believe my method works for pretty much anyone.
I’ve dropped 45 pounds in 3 months. All my lipids went from “WTF” to “Normal” in 3 months. I went from “Brah, you’re Type 2 Diabetic” to “A1C is normal”. In 3 months.
I have 65 more pounds to go (shooting for 185) and I’ll get there probably before the summer is over.
Every doctor I see from the cardio to the PCP says “Whatever you’re doing, keep it up”. No supplements, no weird gym routine. No spin class.
